Douglas Bell, MD PhD, serves as a Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and holds the position of Research Scientist at the RAND Corporation. Douglas Bell completed a Doctor of Medicine degree at Harvard Medical School from August 1985 to May 1990, and later earned a Ph.D. in Health Services from UCLA, where studies were conducted from 1996 to 2000.
