Carina Cheung has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing. Carina began their career at Macro Systems Limited as a Marketing Assistant, where they provided support for various projects and implemented B2B lead generation campaigns. Carina worked with notable vendors such as IBM, Microsoft, Citrix, and Symantec during their time there. In 2014, Carina joined Prince Jewellery and Watch Company as a Marketing Assistant, assisting with marketing activities. Since 2015, they have been employed at uCloudlink Group Inc (Nasdaq: UCL), where they have held several roles. Carina started as a Marketing Manager, overseeing branding and marketing for the APAC and Global Enterprise segment. Carina subsequently was promoted to Senior Marketing Manager, continuing to focus on branding and marketing. Carina then became a Senior Global Branding and Marketing Manager before assuming their most recent position as the Global Brand Marketing Director.
Carina Cheung's education history includes obtaining an Executive Diploma in Digital and Social Media Marketing (Growth Marketing Strategy) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2018. In 2016, they also earned an Executive Certificate in Digital and Social Media Marketing from the same university. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, Carina studied at Hong Kong Shue Yan University and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Marketing.
In addition to their degrees, Carina has also earned certifications in the field. In March 2020, they obtained the INTERNATIONAL KIKISAKE-SHI certification from the Sake Service Institute. Furthermore, in November 2016, Carina became a Certified Digital Marketer through the Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing (HKAIM).
