Michael Carver

Director

Michael Carver is currently the Director of Food and Nutrition at Morrison Healthcare, a role they began in 2018 after serving as a system chef in the same organization. Previously, they retired in 2016 as the executive chef and manager for campus dining and catering at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College to focus on their family restaurant, Presidents Inn, located in Historic Burlington, Kentucky. With over thirty years of management experience, Michael has developed expertise in various sectors, including fine dining and collegiate food service, and has a passion for mentoring the next generation of food service professionals. They have also held notable positions at establishments such as the Millennium Hotels and Resorts and the American Culinary Federation of Greater Cincinnati. Michael attained an Associate of Applied Business in Culinary Arts Technology, graduating summa cum laude from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
