Mersiha Ibrakovic, MBA

Mersiha Ibrakovic, MBA has a diverse background in finance, operations, and analytics. Mersiha began their career in 2004 as a Global Cash Specialist at Brown Brothers Harriman. In 2005, they joined Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they held the roles of Operations Analyst, Financial Analyst, Consolidations Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, and Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. In 2013, they moved to Vapotherm as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, where they played a key role in closing a Series B $24MM fund raising round. From 2015 to 2018, Mersiha worked at Newforma as Director of Financial Planning/Analysis and Sales Operations, where their exceptional work with the implementation of strong operational metrics resulted in the PE Acquisition with Battery Ventures. Most recently, they joined Alumni Ventures Group in 2018 as Vice President, Head of Corporate Finance and Director of Finance. In 2022, they began their current role as Vice President of Finance and Operations at uConnect.

Mersiha Ibrakovic holds an MBA in Finance from Bentley University's Elkin B. McCallum Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Southern New Hampshire University.
