Polly Hibbert has a diverse and extensive background in marketing and media. Polly has worked as a Marketing Director at Founder and Lightning, where they played a crucial role in the company's success. Additionally, Polly has worked as a Media and Marketing Consultant on a freelance basis, providing strategic expertise in market research, brand strategy, content planning, and digital advertising.

Prior to that, they served as the General Manager of Marketing, Media & Operations at Sandbox Learning, a global Edu-tech and media company. There, they contributed to the development of award-winning digital products and provided strategic guidance across key business verticals.

Polly has also held leadership positions at Freeda Media, MediaCom, OMD UK, and Mindshare. Their roles included Head of Product: Content & Marketing, Portfolio Business Director, Business Director, and Head of Social Activation and Media Planning Business Director.
