Victoria Davies

Victoria Davies has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Victoria began their career as a Restaurant Supervisor at The Pumphouse, where they excelled in customer service, team management, and expanding their knowledge of the business. Victoria then transitioned into the engineering field, starting with a Mechanical Engineering Summer Placement at Invensys Controls. Later, they joined Jaguar Land Rover as an Architecture Graduate Engineer, and eventually became an Architecture Engineer. In 2018, Victoria founded their own company called Founder and Lightning, where they held various roles such as Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and currently, Lead Product Manager. At Founder and Lightning, they work closely with early-stage founders, helping them design, launch, and iterate their Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to achieve product market fit. Victoria also leads a cross-functional team of product people, designers, and developers, and collaborates with the senior leadership team to define the products and services offered to the founders. Overall, Victoria's work experience reflects a strong commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, and data-driven decision making.

Victoria Davies earned a Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol, studying from 2010 to 2014.
