David Beier

David Beier has provided expertise in health care policy and economics to the federal and state governments, various nonprofits, a law firm, an investment firm, and biotech companies. He serves on the Commission on California State Government Organization and Economy. He has a bachelor’s degree in history from Colgate University and a law degree from Union University's Albany Law School.
