Prior experience includes working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from August 2021 to February 2022, where responsibilities spanned multiple hospital departments, and at Generations Healthcare from September 2017 to July 2021, focusing on long-term and rehabilitative care. Additionally, King gained initial work experience as a Camp Assistant through the Mayor's Youth Employment & Education Program in summer 2016. King earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from San Francisco State University in 2022, having also completed education at Northbay Nursing Institute and Lowell High School.
