Aniqa Azad

Aniqa Azad has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Clinical Research Associate for UC Irvine School of Medicine and simultaneous held a position as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Patient Experience Intern at UC Irvine Health.

In 2018, they joined Kaiser Permanente as a Project Manager II - National Pharmacy and later transitioned to the role of Program Manager III - National Pharmacy in October 2022.

In 2021, Aniqa Azad joined UCSF Health as an Inpatient Intern Pharmacist and later became the Lead Inpatient Intern Pharmacist, a role they are currently in.

Aniqa is also actively involved in professional organizations, serving as a National Research Affairs Committee Member for the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) starting from October 2022. Additionally, they are a part of the National Student Advisory Group for the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA) from May 2023 onwards.

Overall, Aniqa Azad has gained significant experience in both clinical and managerial roles within the pharmacy and healthcare sectors.

Aniqa Azad completed their Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) at the University of California, San Francisco from 2021 to 2024. Aniqa also obtained the Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association in April 2023 and the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2019.
