Natalie Hibdon

Youth Research Lead at UCSF Medical Center

Natalie Hibdon started their work experience in 2019 as a Retail Salesworker at Victoria's Secret Pink. Natalie then became a PINK Campus Representative before transitioning to a role as a Life Skills Training Specialist at Urban Services YMCA in August 2021. In February 2022, Natalie took on the position of Site Coordinator at Urban Services YMCA, where they are responsible for delivering programs and overseeing student enrichment initiatives. In June 2022, they joined UCSF Health as a Youth Research Lead, where they collaborate with the YMCA and UCSF to develop a training curriculum to increase youth voice in research projects.

Natalie Hibdon obtained their high school diploma from Madera High School in 2016. Natalie then pursued a Bachelor's degree in African-American/Black Studies from San Francisco State University, which they completed in 2021.
