Kristen N. Nicholson

Kristen Nicholson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and revenue management, currently serving as Vice President of Sales & Revenue at UDR since June 2009. Kristen's career at UDR has included progressive roles such as Senior Director, Director, and Manager of Sales & CRM, along with positions in interactive marketing and corporate operations. Prior experience includes serving as Sales Coordinator at Aspen Pet Products and Customer Care Technician at Dumb Friends League. Kristen holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BS in Business Management and Psychology from the University of Denver, supplemented by a Senior Executive Women's Leadership Program at Northwestern University.
