Claus Rantzau is a board member at UDU and the co-founder of Morphic, a management and research consultancy. Claus has over 10 years of experience in the field of innovation and has worked with some of the world's leading companies, including the LEGO Group and Knowmio. Claus is an expert in creating value and driving growth for clients by applying an insights-driven approach to their challenges. In their free time, Claus enjoys wine and gastronomy, and is a passionate advocate for sustainable living.

Claus Rantzau has a M.Sc. from Copenhagen Business School in International Business Communication, which they obtained in 2001. Claus also has a Master from Roskilde University in Experience Management, which they obtained in 2009. Finally, they have an education from Espergærde Gymnasium HF from 1991 to 1993.
