Gautier Troch

Gautier Troch has a diverse work experience in various roles within the sports industry. Gautier started their career at ESTAC as an Intern in the Marketing Department in 2008. Gautier then worked as an Assistant Marketing at Chamois Niortais Football Club in 2009. In 2012, they joined Belhaven University as an Assistant Sports Information.

Troch's experience in club competition management began in 2013 when they worked as a Communication Executive and Assistant Hospitality Manager at Issy Paris Hand. Gautier later became the Communications Manager and Business Development Executive at the same company in 2014. Following that, Troch joined Paris Saint-Germain as a Team/Delegate Liaison Officer for the Men's and Women's Champions League. Gautier also served as the Game Day Marketing Supervisor for the National Handball League.

In 2015, Troch joined UEFA EURO 2016 as a Team Services Coordinator. Gautier then transitioned to UEFA in 2017, where they took on various roles. These included being a Team Hotel & Training Ground Coordinator from 2017 to 2022, as well as a Freelance Team Hotels & Training Centre Coordinator in 2017. Troch's roles at UEFA also involved being a UEFA Club Competition Venue Director from 2022 onwards and leading Team Services for various high-profile events such as the UEFA Nations League Finals, UEFA Champions League Final 2022, and UEFA Europa League Final 2022. Gautier is currently responsible for team hotels, training centers, and team logistics for UEFA EURO 2024.

Gautier Troch's education history begins in 2006 when they attended IFEPSA and earned a STAPS degree in Sports Management, which they completed in 2008. Following this, from 2008 to 2009, Troch attended the Université Paris Nanterre, where they pursued a degree in Sports Management. In 2009, they enrolled at Belhaven University and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Administration. Troch continued their education at Belhaven University, completing a Master of Science degree in Leadership with a specialization in Science in Leadership from 2012 to 2013. Finally, in 2014 and 2015, Troch attended H-CORT Performance, where they obtained a Diploma in the Management of Teams and Excellency.
