Inés Zurera Martínez-Acitores has a diverse background in governance, compliance, project management, and risk assessment. Inés began their career as a Tax Advisor Intern at Garrigues, where they gained experience in international, domestic, and local taxation. Inés then interned as a Human Rights Intern at the World Health Organization before joining EY as a Consultant in Risk, Internal Audit & Compliance. At EY, they conducted internal audits, enhanced risk strategies, and improved controls and processes for various companies. In 2016, they worked as a Sports Project Manager at Burson-Marsteller Sport, providing consulting services to international sports organizations and delivering specialized training. In 2017, they joined FIFA as a Compliance Operations Specialist, responsible for ensuring compliance within the organization. Recently, they have worked at UEFA as a Governance Specialist and later as a Governance & Compliance Officer. Inés'srole at UEFA involves ensuring compliance and good governance within the organization. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills and has been recognized for their ability to deliver strategic advice and innovative solutions.

Inés Zurera Martínez-Acitores completed their education history as follows:

- From 2006 to 2011, they attended the Universidad de Burgos, where they obtained a Licenciatura en Derecho degree.

- In the same period, from 2006 to 2012, they also attended the Universidad de Burgos and acquired a Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas degree.
