Julien Baehni

Julien Baehni has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Julien started their career at UBS in 1996, where they underwent banking training and later joined the Wealth Management Program. In 2005, they became a Human Resources Specialist with a focus on recruitment at UBS. In 2009, they moved to UEFA and served as an HR Business Partner until 2012, when they were promoted to Chief of Human Resources. From 2014 to 2017, they served as a Board Member at HR Vaud, and in 2018, they became the Vice President of LeCercle HR Club, where they collaboratively implemented reflections to improve organizational performance and promote human values.

Julien Baehni pursued their education by obtaining a Degree in Business Administration from HEG - University of Applied Sciences, Lausanne, from 2001 to 2004. Afterward, they enrolled in HEIG-VD, Yverdon, where they completed a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Capital Management from 2012 to 2017.
