Maksims Raspopovs

Maksims Raspopovs has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Maksims is currently a Co-Founder at MatchdayPass since March 2023. Prior to that, Raspopovs held roles at UEFA, FIFA, and the Latvian Football Federation (LFF). At UEFA, they worked as a Venue Director and later as a Venue Access Coordinator. In FIFA, Raspopovs served as a FIFA Match Director. At the LFF, they held various positions including Event Manager, Head of Commercial Department, Head of Projects and Marketing, Head of Projects and Events, Head of Commerce and Events, and Marketing and Event Manager. Maksims also worked as a Commercial Manager of the League at the LFF. Additionally, Raspopovs worked as a University Lecturer at the Latvian Academy of Sport Education and as a Research Analyst at Refinitiv. Maksims has been a Member of the Board of the Latvian Football Virslīga and served as a Local Coordinator at the Baltic Football League. In the early stages of their career, Raspopovs worked at Ganibu Dambis Ltd as the Head of Sales Department and later as a Sales Manager. Maksims started their career at Inserviss Group Ltd as a Courier.

Maksims Raspopovs began their education at Riga 21st Secondary school, where they obtained a General Secondary Education Certificate from 1990 to 2001. Maksims then attended the Baltic Russian Institute from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Continuing their education, Maksims pursued an MBA in Management and Administration in Enterprising from the Baltic International Academy, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007. Finally, they attended the University of Liverpool in 2008 and 2009, where they obtained a CBA (Certificate in Business Administration) with a focus on International Football Industries.
