Pauline Schipperijn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pauline most recently worked at UEFA as a Projects & Recruitment Coordinator starting in August 2021. Prior to this, they served as a EURO 2020 HR Assistant from July 2019 to July 2021.

Pauline also gained experience at Ville de Genève, where they worked as a Stagiaire at the Direction des Ressources Humaines - Entité formation from March 2019 to June 2019.

Before that, they worked at Fondation Genève Tourisme & Congrès as an Auxiliaire Tourist Services from October 2017 to February 2019 and as a Tourist Services Consultant from December 2015 to October 2017.

Pauline also worked as a Hôtesse Hôtel Mövenpick for MCI Group during SIHH 2015.

Pauline Schipperijn began their education at Collège Claparède, where they obtained their Maturité Gymnasiale with mention from 2007 to 2011. Pauline then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Relations Internationales at the University of Geneva from 2012 to 2015. During their time at the University of Geneva, they also obtained certifications including the Goethe-Zertifikat B2 from the Goethe Institut in June 2012 and the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from Cambridge English Language Assessment in December 2011. In 2014 to 2015, Pauline attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo, focusing on Instituto de Relações Internacionais. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in public management, specifically Administration publique, at the University of Geneva.
