Presilia Mpanu-Mpanu has had a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. In 2023, they worked as a Human Rights and Inclusion Expert at UEFA. From 2019 to 2023, they were a member of the Cabinet of Commissioner Helena Dalli at the European Commission. Prior to this, they worked as a Contract Agent and Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament from 2017 to 2019. In 2015, they held roles as an EU Advocacy Assistant at Global Health Advocates (GHA) and as a Policy and Advocacy Assistant at Open Society Foundations. Presilia also worked as a Policy Assistant at the Council of Europe from 2014 to 2015. In 2013, they were an MSc Human Rights student at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they organized events and conferences. Presilia served as a Harvard National Model United Nations Delegate in 2012, representing the University of Birmingham. In the same year, they also worked as a United Nations University (UNU) Policy Trainee, assisting with translation and drafting. Presilia'searliest work experience was as the Luton Youth Member of Parliament for the UK Youth Parliament from 2008 to 2009.
Presilia Mpanu-Mpanu completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations with Political Science at the University of Birmingham from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Rights with a specialization in International Law and Legal Studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2013 to 2014.
