Fozi Addina Mohamad Fozi is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and dispute resolution law. Currently serving as a Legal Counsel and previously as Associate Counsel at UEM Edgenta Berhad since February 2022, Fozi has a strong background in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, providing legal advisory services, and handling various corporate transactions. Prior experience includes a role as Associate at Azmi & Associates, where notable assignments involved legal advisory related to significant share acquisition, licensing for care center establishment, and compliance with competition law.
