Haney Shafira

Haney Shafira is an HR professional with significant experience in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at UEM Edgenta Berhad since November 2021, Haney previously held positions at Maxis as HR Business Partner Support and HR Services - Benefits & Claims, where responsibilities included strategic planning and managing employee life cycle processes. Earlier roles include Senior Executive HR at Pacific Founders Sdn Bhd, HR Executive at Symphony HRS, and Talent Acquisition Executive at Symphony BPO. Haney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration (Hons.) and a Diploma in Hotel Management, both from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
