Alan Richard is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Suffolk Construction since November 2023, Alan also contributes as a Board Member of HRLF since January 2020. Previously, Alan held leadership roles at Enel North America as Head of Talent, Learning and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and at Harvey Windows + Doors as Head of Enterprise Talent. Alan's career includes significant positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, State Street Corporation, Citizens Bank, and Peoples Heritage Bank, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
