Frank J.m.f. Dor

Frank J.M.F. Dor, MD PhD FEBS(Hon) FRCS, currently serves as a Consultant Transplant Surgeon at Erasmus MC and has held the position of Treasurer and Executive Board member for the European Society for Organ Transplantation since December 2020. Frank also leads the #ESOTSocialAmbassador programme and presides over the Thematic Federation on "Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity" under the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes since July 2022. Frank has significantly contributed to academic publishing as Editor in Chief of European Surgical Research and serves as an Associate Editor for multiple journals, including the World Journal of Transplantation and Transplantation. With a distinguished educational background, including a PhD-cum laude from Erasmus University Rotterdam and advanced training at Harvard Medical School, Frank has established a prominent career in transplantation medicine and research.
