Mike Dear

Mike Dear has held various chief financial officer roles throughout their work experience. Mike currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Universal Engineering Sciences since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at PLH Group, Inc. from August 2015 to January 2022. Mike also held multiple roles at Wood, including Chief Financial Officer of Wood Group Mustang from December 2009 to July 2015, Group Financial Controller from December 2006 to November 2009, and Chief Financial Officer of Wood Group Light Industrial Turbines from June 2004 to November 2006.

Mike Dear attended the Harvard Business School, where they completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP 186). Mike also obtained a certification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) as an ACMA / CGMA.
