Johny K Joseph, ICF-PCC, is an accomplished executive and leadership coach with extensive experience in coaching and development across various organizations. Currently serving as a Fellow Coach and Associate Coach at BetterUp since October 2021, as well as an Executive Coach at Mentoring Matters from November 2023, Johny partners with professionals to achieve personal and business goals. Johny also holds roles as an Executive and DEI Coach at CoachHub and as an Executive Coach at uExcelerate, while maintaining a private coaching practice since May 2011. Previous experience includes leadership positions at WarpDrive Tech Works, SamSidh Group of Schools, MyndGenie Systems Pvt Ltd, ANZ, and IBM, focusing on mentoring, talent development, and organizational delivery strategies. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, alongside fellow status from Sumedhas Academy for Human Context and a Bachelor of Commerce from Madurai Kamraj University.
