Moushumi Gupta, PCC ICF, is a seasoned career coach and facilitator with extensive experience in career transition coaching and organizational leadership development. Currently serving as a Career Coach and Facilitator at Lee Hecht Harrison since December 2018, Moushumi also holds roles as an Affiliate Coach at uExcelerate, Consultant Partner at Right Management, and Learning Consultant at Forum India. As the Founder and CEO of Pratham Trainers, established in 2010, Moushumi has overseen talent acquisition, content creation, and business development. Additional experience includes being a Senior Executive Coach at OriginBluy | People Insights and previously an Associate Partner and Faculty at Capstone People Consulting, emphasizing diversity and inclusion in leadership. Moushumi's career also includes serving as a core team member and Head of Operations for The Angel Hub.
