Michael Ryan

Michael Ryan currently serves as the Director of Value Based Contracting at UF Health since June 2023. Previously, Michael held the position of Head of Value Based Care at Humana, where key achievements included negotiating complex value-based contracts that significantly increased membership in downside risk deals. Earlier roles encompassed financial analysis and grants management, with notable contributions at PRA Health Sciences as a Grants Analyst II and as a Business Analyst at Ocoos.com. Michael holds an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University.
