Shannon Hall

Shannon Hall has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Shannon is currently the Director of Quality Management at UF Health, where they oversee compliance monitoring, patient safety programs, and performance improvement activities. Prior to that, they were the Director of Clinical Operations at My Health Onsite, where they managed daily operations and staff recruitment for a newly established health facility. Shannon also worked as a Clinical Integrations Review Process Manager at UnitedHealth Group, improving processes and evaluating nurse performances to ensure quality care. Shannon's experience also includes roles such as Director of IRO Operations at BHM Healthcare Solutions, Director of Resident Services at Allegro Assisted Living and Atria Evergreen Woods, Clinical Data Specialist at Conifer Health Solutions, and Clinical Manager at Health Matters. Additionally, they have worked as a Triage Licensed Practical Nurse at JSA Healthcare Group and a Unit Manager at Orchard Ridge Rehabilitation. Throughout their career, Shannon has consistently demonstrated expertise in healthcare operations, quality management, and staff supervision.

Shannon Hall obtained a LPN degree in Nursing from PHCC in 1993. Shannon continued their education at Herzing University from 2013 to 2016 and earned a BSN degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. In 2015, they also completed a BSN program online through Herzing University. Shannon recently completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University in 2022. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Licensed Practical Nurse from PHCC, a Registered Nurse from the State of Florida, and has obtained certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Red Cross and the Notary Public Commission from the State of Florida.
