Alex Lurie

Alex Lurie has a diverse professional background with experience in business plan creation, financial analysis, political engagement, and camp counseling. Currently serving as a Treasurer and holding various other directorial roles at the UF Student Finance Group, Alex manages budgets, plans events, and ensures the organization's financial stability. Previous internships at Rapid Business Plans and One Planet Capital have honed Alex's skills in financial statement analysis and due diligence. As an intern for Ted Deutch for Congress, Alex engaged in discussions on climate change and COVID-19 and provided feedback to Congress. In a past role as a camp counselor at Camp Ruach, Alex gained valuable experience in conflict management and activity leadership while supervising young children.
