Jim Nolte

Jim Nolte is a seasoned professional in the mortgage lending industry, currently serving as Partner - Senior Mortgage Advisor at Greenlight Mortgage Group since December 2023. Nolte also co-owns the Colorado Summit, a franchise in the American Ultimate Disc League (AUDL), since November 2021. Prior experience includes holding significant roles as Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate Affinity and Branch Manager at Celebrity Home Loans, among others. Nolte's extensive background in mortgage origination and development spans over two decades, with previous positions at various financial institutions, including Indymac Bank and Argent Mortgage. Academically, Nolte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology and Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and The University of Texas at Austin, respectively, as well as a Master's in Environmental Science from the University of Montana.
