Julie Turney is the Founder and CEO of HRatHeart Consulting Inc., established in September 2018, where the focus is on empowering HR professionals to enhance their resilience, agility, and develop their unique HR voice. Turney also serves as a Board Member for CSHRPTeam, fostering connections among HR professionals in the Caribbean, and as the Host of the HR Sound Off Podcast, aimed at clarifying HR misconceptions. In addition, Turney is the Lead Coordinator for DisruptHR Caribbean, organizing events across the region to energize and inform HR practitioners. Other roles include being a Coach and Consultant with UFacilitate, an Ambassador for HumansFirst, and a Digital Transformation Consultant with Saville Assessment. Previous experience includes management of the Career Accelerator Program at TEN Habitat and senior consultancy at Premium Administrative Support Services. Julie Turney holds various qualifications, including CIPD certifications and a diploma in Human Resources Management from the Barbados Institute of Management & Productivity.
