Caitlin Cameron has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and administrative positions. Caitlin began their career at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2013 as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Caitlin then worked at Wishbone Restaurant as a Server from 2004 to 2015.

In 2015, Caitlin joined Corporate Management Group as a Human Resources Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for conducting new hire screening and onboarding processes, maintaining employment records, handling employee benefits programs and claims, as well as other HR-related tasks. Caitlin stayed with the company until 2017.

In 2017, Caitlin joined RK as a Human Resources Specialist for a brief period before transitioning to UFG Insurance. At UFG Insurance, they initially served as a Human Resources Administrator from 2017 to 2020, where they played a role in managing various HR functions. Caitlin then advanced to the position of Human Resources Business Partner II in May 2020.

Overall, Caitlin Cameron has gained extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, with a focus on employee onboarding, HR recordkeeping, benefits administration, and coordination with client sites and recruiters.

Caitlin Cameron attended Horizon High School from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained their High School Diploma. In 2010 and 2011, they enrolled at Front Range Community College, although they did not complete a degree or specify a field of study during that time. From 2009 to 2014, Caitlin attended Metropolitan State University of Denver where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Speech Communications and Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Caitlin obtained the Strategic HR Business Partner certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in December 2020.
