Debra Wright Vardeman

Debra Wright Vardeman has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Debra started as a Personal Lines Underwriter at Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Companies, where they successfully placed risks and managed the book of business. Later, they worked as a Sr Systems & Procedures Specialist, coordinating system projects and developing design specifications.

Debra then joined Rainbow International as the Franchise & Marketing Director, where they developed and implemented a national plan to build business relationships for the franchise network. Debra also managed accounts with insurance companies, plumbing businesses, and property management companies.

Debra then worked at America First Insurance as a PL Field Specialist, responsible for the production success and management of Independent Agencies in South Texas. Debra facilitated prospecting, contracting, and training of new agents and monitored the growth and profitability of their book of business.

At Safeco, they served as a Territory Manager, prospecting and appointing agencies to sell Safeco products. Debra trained new agents, assisted them with marketing plans, and worked with existing agencies to increase sales and profitability.

Currently, Debra is working at UFG Insurance as a Senior Marketing Representative, utilizing their expertise in marketing and sales to drive the company's growth.
