Manish Datta

Manish Datta is an HR Manager with experience in payroll/compensation, grievance handling, training & development, employee relations, MIS/HRIS, recruitment, orientation, performance management, statutory compliances & policies. Manish holds an MBA in Human Resource from Institute of Management Studies, Noida, and a BTech in Computer Science from NIET Noida. Manish has worked in the HR field for over a decade, most recently at UFLEX Limited as an HR Manager since April 2018. Prior to that, Manish worked as an HR Generalist at a Manufacturing Organisation from July 2008 to March 2018.
