Jonas Gonsalves

Jonas Gonsalves has extensive work experience in the cinema industry. Jonas started their career in 2008 as a Manager at PVR Cinemas Ltd, where they handled operations, achieved sales targets, and managed press and public relations. In 2009, they joined Fame India Ltd as a Unit Head, overseeing operations and managing a team of 42 Executives. Jonas then joined UFO Moviez India Limited in 2012 as a Manager, responsible for business development. Jonas later took on roles such as Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager, focusing on business development. In 2018, they became the General Manager of Business Development at UFO Moviez India Limited.

Jonas Gonsalves attended the Institute of Hotel Management from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a B.Sc degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. During the same period, they also completed their H.S.C (Higher Secondary Certificate) and S.S.C (Secondary School Certificate) qualifications. Jonas further pursued their education at the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Chennai, where they earned a Bsc degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from 2001 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Jonas Gonsalves obtained two additional certifications. In July 2020, they completed a Digital Skills: Digital Marketing course from Accenture. Jonas also obtained The Fundamentals Of Digital Marketing certification from Google during the same month and year.
