Gwenael Busnel

Gwenael Busnel has extensive work experience in various managerial roles in the manufacturing industry. Gwenael started their career at Hutchinson in 1998, working in manufacturing until 2006. Gwenael then joined Trelleborg as a Plant Manager from 2006 to 2007. After that, they worked at AIS as a Plant Manager and Lean Manufacturing Manager from 2007 to 2010. Gwenael then joined Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics as a Plant Manager, overseeing the Worcester plant and specializing in electronics, industrial release polyester films, plastics extrusion, coating, and lamination. Gwenael worked at Saint-Gobain from 2010 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of VP Operations MedTech at UFP Technologies, Inc., starting in June 2021.
