Lancy D’souza

Lancy D'souza is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Ugam. Prior to this, they were with Fractal Analytics as General Manager Finance from March 2013 to February 2020. Lancy has also worked with Serco as DGM Corporate Finance from February 2008 to February 2013 and Agility as Asst. Manager Finance from December 2006 to January 2008.

Lancy has over 12 years of experience in finance and accounting. Lancy is a certified Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. Lancy has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Lancy has also worked on due diligence for compliance's & acquisition, consolidation, reporting MI & budgets, and coordination with all big four audit & consulting firms.

Lancy has been recognized for their exemplary performance in various roles. During their tenure at Serco, they were awarded the CEO's excellence award for overall exemplary performance in FY 12. At Agility, they increased billing accuracy from 65% to 98% by implementing robust processes and procedures and reduced collection cycle from 120 days to 45 days by consistent monitoring of accounts resulting in enhanced working capital flow.

Lancy D'souza is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Lancy has also completed their Master's in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance from Mumbai University. Lancy also holds a certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in Chartered Accountant.
