Bruce Baicar is an experienced consultant in information sharing and law enforcement technologies, currently working with UIC Technical Services and Bowhead Science and Technology since 2011, where the focus is on consulting for the Department of Homeland Security's Science and Technology Directorate. Prior to this role, Bruce served as Program Manager for Information Sharing & Law Enforcement Technologies at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from 2004 to 2011. Additionally, Bruce held the position of Visiting Scientist at the U.S. Department of Justice's National Institute of Justice from 2002 to 2004 and was Unit Chief of Applied Engineering at the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 1983 to 2002.
