Jennifer McDonald

Jennifer McDonald has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles. Jennifer is currently working at UiPath as the Area Vice President, responsible for running the Enterprise North America Strategic Vertical. Prior to that, they were the Regional Vice President at UiPath, leading a team that achieved outstanding results, finishing the year at nearly 300% of plan.

Before joining UiPath, Jennifer worked at SAP as the Vice President Sales, West, where they successfully navigated the challenges posed by the COVID market and achieved 130% of plan. Jennifer also held the position of Account Executive, Strategic Customer Program at SAP, managing the overall commercial relationship with a large O&G client.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked at ADP in various roles, including Corporate Sales Manager, Major Account Sales Executive, Major Account District Manager, and Sales Director. Jennifer achieved impressive results throughout their tenure at ADP, consistently qualifying for Fast Starts, President's Club, and achieving the title of Rookie of the Year.

Jennifer McDonald earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of Southern California, which they attended from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed high school from 1992 to 1996. Jennifer McDonald also obtained a certification in UiPath Leadership Metamorphosis from The Trium Group in 2022.
