Melanie Walsh

Melanie Walsh is an experienced Total Rewards Director currently working at UiPath. Prior to their current role, Melanie held positions at OutSystems, Tripadvisor, and Dell in compensation and advisory roles. Melanie also worked as an HR Generalist in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program at Dell, focusing on Global Compensation and Diversity and Inclusion. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and Finance from Marist College and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Boston University.
