Salma Vogel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics, automation, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Global Director and Head of Analytics & Automation at UiPath, Salma also mentors startups at Google and leads business analytics for Strategy & Operations. As an angel investor, Salma backs innovative startups including gradient, imagiLabs, and Tanso, focusing on AI, coding education for young girls, and digital transformation. Previously, Salma founded and served as CEO of Elsa Bot, an AI SaaS startup specializing in conversational AI and data analytics. Earlier roles include Operations & Data Analytics Manager at BMW Group and experience in venture capital at HV Holtzbrinck Ventures. Salma holds multiple degrees in Industrial Engineering, Technology Management, Electrical and Software Engineering, and completed German Abitur at the German International School.
