Vijay Khanna

Vijay Khanna is the current Chief Corporate Development Officer at UiPath. Vijay has over fifteen years of experience in corporate development and strategy.

Khanna began their career as a Director at Intelsat Corporation in 2003. Vijay then became the President of Ishani Capital in 2012. In 2015, they founded and became the CEO of konciergeMD, which was later acquired by Accolade, Inc.

In 2016, Khanna joined SAP as the Senior Executive for M&A and Strategic Partnerships. During their time at SAP, they were responsible for identifying and structuring new business development programs, acquisitions, minority investments, and strategic partnerships. Vijay played a key role in launching SAP’s new mid-market solutions and in the formulation and implementation of SAP’s reseller program. Vijay also had global responsibility for the Hewlett Packard relationship.

Khanna joined UiPath in 2018 as the Chief Corporate Development Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company’s mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investments.

Vijay Khanna has an MBA from the Wharton School in Operations Management & Private Equity and a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester. Vijay also has a high school degree in commerce from Modern School, Barakhamba Road.

They work with Brad Brubaker - Chief Legal Officer, Mark Gibbs - President, EMEA, and Bobby Patrick - Chief Marketing Officer. Their manager is Daniel Dines, Co-CEO & Co-Founder.
