Bogdan Ripa is the head of product at [UiPath](/org/uipath). Bogdan was previously the senior director of product management at [Fitbit](/org/fitbit) from December 2016 to January 2018. Bogdan also served as the product director at Vector Watch from June 2015 to December 2016. Craig Dewar is the current Vice President of Product Marketing at [UiPath](/org/uipath). Craig has been with the company since July of 2022 and in their current position for just over a year. Prior to that, they were the Head of Product Marketing, leading a global team responsible for marketing the [UiPath](/org/uipath) Automation Platform, which includes AI, RPA, Process Mining, Task Mining, and Test Automation. Craig also oversaw industry and department use cases, competition, evangelism, and marketing operations.

In that role, they led product marketing for the Windows Commercial Tablets division. Hawksley most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Asia Pacific Japan at Twilio, Inc. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of Sales at Salesforce, having joined Salesforce by way of the acquisition of ExactTarget in June 2013. Prior to joining ExactTarget, Hawksley was a founder and key driver of two international software businesses – Esker Software and FortyTwo International – the former listing on the French secondary market, Nouveau Marche, and the latter listing on the ASX via Bluefreeway.

Hawksley is an active participant in and advocate of Australia’s entrepreneur-led innovation economy acting as an advisor, mentor, and investor in several promising Australian start-ups. He is also a thought leader on Digital Transformation and Marketing and regularly speaks at events and conferences.

Brigette McInnis-Day is the Chief People Officer at [UiPath](/org/uipath). Brigette has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held senior positions at Google, SAP, and VerticalNet.

Brigette joined Google in September 2019 as the VP HR for Google Cloud. In this role, they were responsible for leading the HR strategy for Google Cloud. Brigette left Google in August 2022 to join [UiPath](/org/uipath) as the Chief People Officer.

At SAP, Brigette served as the EVP of Human Resources from September 2002 to December 2017. In this role, they oversaw SAP's Global Customer Operations (GCO) team and was responsible for the HR strategy for attract and developing people to drive Business strategy. Brigette also directed the HR Business Partner organization focused on global, regional, and country-specific enablement of all business leaders and employees. Brigette was also responsible for revamping all elements of the compensation plans as a member of the global compensation committee and introducing data and analytics to measure HR Strategy impact.

Boris Krumrey is the Global VP of Automation Innovations at [UiPath](/org/uipath). Boris has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on process automation and application management. 

Boris started their career at Infosys Technologies Ltd in February 2011 as a Transition & Solution Programme Manager. In this role, they led the solution design and transition programme of a global (250+ resources) based delivery organisation for the worldwide 2nd largest Pharma industry client into a managed service delivery model. The programme was a global initiative to build regional application support delivery centres across the globe and in particular new delivery centres in Asia Pacific for the SAP ERP systems.

In June 2015, Boris left Infosys Technologies Ltd to join [Atos](/org/atos) as the Global Head of Application Management Operations and Automation. In this role, they were responsible for the Operations Excellence in Application Management Services through best practices, integration of tools and new technologies. This also included leading the solution design and implementation for software automation and robotics at [Atos](/org/atos) Consulting & Systems Integration.

Boris joined [UiPath](/org/uipath) in March 2017 as the Chief Robotics Officer. In this role, they were responsible for leading the product technology alliances of [UiPath](/org/uipath) Robotic Process Automation and AI technologies. Boris left [UiPath](/org/uipath) in December 2019 to take on their current role as Global VP of Automation Innovations at [UiPath](/org/uipath).

Horace Chow has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Horace currently serves as the VP & Managing Director, North Asia at [UiPath](/org/uipath). Prior to this, they were the Chief Strategy Officer, Greater China Region at Microsoft from November 2012 to March 2022. 

Before joining Microsoft, Horace was with [KPMG](/org/kpmg) from December 1992 to July 1995 as a Manager. From August 1995 to October 2010, they were with Sybase where they eventually became the General Manager, North Asia. In October 2010, Sybase was acquired by SAP and Horace took on the role of General Manager, Database and Technology until they left the company in October 2012.

A former Microsoft executive that offers more than 25 years of enterprise software experience, Weber is responsible for leading global go-to-market strategy and execution at [UiPath](/org/uipath), and guides worldwide sales, services, and other go-to-market operations including its partner organization.

Weber joins [UiPath](/org/uipath) most recently from Microsoft, where he served as Corporate Vice President of Microsoft’s Corporate and Small and Medium-Sized Business commercial team and led Digital Sales across the commercial business. In that role, Weber helped to transform sales and marketing across the organization and was responsible for leading a team driving growth and new customer acquisition across customer solution areas, including Modern Work, Business Applications, Infrastructure, and Data and Artificial Intelligence. His team also recruited and built one of the world’s largest cloud ecosystems of channel partners. Weber also spent time at Nokia where he led the Company’s re-entry into the North American market.

As Area Vice President Central & Eastern Europe at UiPath, Annette Maier is responsible for business in the Central and Eastern Europe regions at the leading RPA (Robotic Process Automation) provider. The automation expert is thus expanding its position in the RPA market.

Annette Maier has more than 20 years of experience in management and sales in European companies in the tech sector. Annette Maier was previously responsible for the growth of the cloud business within the DACH region at Google Cloud. She also worked for [VMware](/org/vmware) for six years, where she was most recently Vice President and General Manager in Germany. There she was also Director Global Accounts at CEMEA and headed the Enterprise Account Team. Annette Maier also worked for Hewlett-Packard for more than six years in leading positions, including Sales Director HP Software Germany and Interim Country Manager HP Software Switzerland.

Vijay Khanna is the current Chief Corporate Development Officer at [UiPath](/org/uipath). Vijay has over fifteen years of experience in corporate development and strategy. 

Khanna began their career as a Director at Intelsat Corporation in 2003. Vijay then became the President of Ishani Capital in 2012. In 2015, they founded and became the CEO of konciergeMD, which was later acquired by Accolade, Inc. 

In 2016, Khanna joined SAP as the Senior Executive for M&A and Strategic Partnerships. During their time at SAP, they were responsible for identifying and structuring new business development programs, acquisitions, minority investments, and strategic partnerships. Vijay played a key role in launching SAP’s new mid-market solutions and in the formulation and implementation of SAP’s reseller program. Dev Rajendran is the head of enablement at [UiPath](/org/uipath). Prior to this, they were with GCC - Digital Transformation, where they served as the consulting practice head. Their role there was to transform an underperforming 40 million USD clothing manufacturing export company to improve return on investment and overall profitability. This was accomplished by strategizing the product portfolio and customer segmentation to optimize margins over cost, driving operational excellence and improving production efficiency through the end to end manufacturing cycle, and developing new business. Dev also oversaw the digital transformation through automation and integrated technology platform to manage business through real time productivity and quality tracking through the manufacturing process, including integration into ERP system to drive end to end digital traceability of production. In addition, they drove the lean six sigma and continuous improvement program to optimize efficiency, right sizing of staffing, and overall cost reduction program. Dev also revamped the recruitment process, human resource management, and incentive schemes to motivate and drive outperformance. Finally, they developed the business development and marketing road map and created a world class design studio as a value add to the end customers to improve overall sales and acquire international customers across Europe and the United States.

Neil Scott is the current Director of GTM Operations & Strategy at [UiPath](/org/uipath). Prior to this, they served as Enterprise Sales Director at [InsightSquared](/org/insightsquared) from February 2015 to April 2019. Neil was also with GOP Data Trust from November 2013 to January 2015, where they served as Development Director. In this role, they cultivated investor relationships and oversaw the construction of a national voter file. Neil also executed a hiring strategy for the company, interviewed over 80 candidates, and personally filled five open positions. From January 2013 to August 2013, they served as Program Director of the Innovators Council and Northeast Regional Director of the Executive Roundtable at the Republican Governors Association.
