Hugh Molotsi

Hugh Molotsi has a long and varied work experience. Hugh began their career in 1993 as a Software Engineer and Staff Software Engineer at Intuit. Hugh was then promoted to Director of Engineering, Director of the Small Business Group, Vice President of Technology Innovation, and Vice President of Intuit Labs Incubator. In 2015, they became an advisor for Lean Startup Co., STG International, and Limeade, and in 2016 they became an advisor for Ujama Inc., Linqto, Inc., and Financial Fitness Group. In 2017, they were a Senior Fellow, Class XXXIII at the American Leadership Forum - Silicon Valley. In 2019, they became an Independent Non-Executive Director at Barloworld Limited, and in 2021 they became a Board Member at Mozilla.

Hugh Molotsi obtained a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University in 1990, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi in 1988. In March 2021, they also obtained a Black Corporate Board Readiness certification from Santa Clara University.
