Datta Khajinkar

Datta Khajinkar is an experienced professional in Human Resources, currently serving as Vice President of HR Operations at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since August 2016. Datta has held various roles within the organization, including AVP HR Operations (Corporate), Manager HR - Operations, Payroll and Compliance, Human Resources Operations Manager, and Assistant Manager HR. Prior to this, Datta worked at Adecco as a Senior Process Executive (Payroll) from October 2012 to August 2016. Datta holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, completed between 2009 and 2011, and a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Vivekanand College, obtained from 2003 to 2007.
