Kaja M.

Kaja M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They began their career at Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2014 as a Tech Lead, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined NSEIT LIMITED as a Tech Lead, and then moved on to Kotak Mahindra Bank in 2021, initially as a Senior Manager and then as a Chief Manager. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Ujjivan Small Finance Bank as the Vice President of Channels & Enterprise Apps Support.

Kaja M. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechatronics from K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Bishop Ubagarasamy Higher Secondary School in Tirupur from 2006 to 2008, and St. Joseph Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Tiruppur from 1997 to 2006.

In addition to their educational background, Kaja has obtained several certifications in various fields. Kaja became a Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) by ISC2 in August 2023, obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in September 2022, and achieved the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2022. Furthermore, Kaja has attained certifications such as IT Service Desk: Monitoring and Metrics Fundamentals and Six Sigma: Green Belt from LinkedIn, both obtained in March 2020. Lastly, they secured the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2016.
