Sampad A.

Sampad A. has a diverse range of work experience. Sampad started their career as a Film-maker intern at ONE DROP, where they documented water development projects and created short films. Sampad then co-founded The Broken Scooter, where they edited and screened web content and oversaw the recruitment process.

Sampad then joined L&T Ltd., ECC Division as a Graduate Trainee, where they managed shipments and worked with customs for faster processing of international shipments. Sampad also worked as a Digital Strategist at GroupM, where they were part of a team working with Nestlé India's Digital Acceleration & Services Hub.

Sampad then had a winter internship at ChildFund India and later did an MBA Summer Internship at PwC India in the GRID Practice, focusing on government reforms and infrastructure development in the social sector.

Currently, Sampad is working at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, starting as a Management Trainee and progressing to Assistant Manager - Micro & Small Enterprises Products. Recently, they have been working as a Product Manager and is currently in the role of Assistant Vice President - MSME Products.

Sampad A. has a diverse education history. Sampad obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Rural Management, Data Systems, Finance, and Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management(XIM Bhubaneswar) between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Accounting and Finance from Utkal University from 2010 to 2013. Before attending university, Sampad completed their Intermediate degree in Science from Mother's Public School between 2008 and 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Sampad has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Sampad obtained the certification in "Design Thinking for Innovation: Stakeholder Engagement" from Skillsoft in July 2021. In November 2019, they received the JAIIB certification from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. Furthermore, Sampad obtained certifications in "Microsoft Advertising" from Microsoft in January 2014 and "Facebook Edge" from Facebook in September 2013.
