Shiwani Gupta

Shiwani Gupta's work experience includes roles in human resources and employee relations. From 2019 to present, they have been working at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank in the roles of Assistant Vice President Human Resources and Senior Manager HR & Employee Relations. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they worked at Landmark Group as a Zonal Manager (Talent Management) in the North Region, where they managed training needs and development of employees. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at SPAR India (Max Hypermarket India Pvt Limited) as a Deputy Manager HRBP and later as a Sr. Executive HR & Admin, where they handled recruitment and induction, benefit administration, training, employee engagement activities, and statutory compliance. In 2014, they worked as an HR Executive at M/s Kortek Electronics India Ltd. And from 2012 to 2014, they served as an HRBP at Indian Printing Packaging and Allied Machinery Manufacturer's Association, where they managed staffing requirements, recruitment, induction training programs, and training schedules.

Shiwani Gupta obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from P G College Science. In addition to their formal education, Shiwani Gupta has obtained additional certifications, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in September 2019 and the Cardinal Leadership Program from Jombay in September 2018.
