Nick Sheppard

Nick Sheppard is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as Production Lead Cell Assembly, Electrode Manufacturing Lead, and Module and Pack Lead at UKBIC since October 2018. With a focus on enabling customers to test and produce cylindrical and pouch cell battery technology, Nick has played a pivotal role in the establishment of UKBIC’s state-of-the-art assembly line. Prior to UKBIC, Nick worked as a Project Engineer at UKBIC, contributing to the transformation of battery R&D for the automotive sector. Experienced at BMW UK from August 2001 to October 2018 as a Project Process Leader, Nick ensured the successful launch of production systems. Earlier experience includes a role as a Service Engineer at Heidelberg UK from September 1995 to August 2001, specializing in the installation and maintenance of printing machines. Nick’s educational background includes studies at Solihull College of Technology and Park Hall Secondary School.
