Alyssa Johansen

Alyssa Johansen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Principal HR Business Partner at UKG since March 2021. In this role, Alyssa provides strategic leadership on people strategies for a globally dispersed team of over 500 employees, focusing on talent strategy and organizational design, while successfully implementing a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging action plan. Prior to UKG, Alyssa held positions at Samsonite, Toast, adidas, and Reebok, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations for large teams, developing remote work strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Alyssa holds a Master's degree in Management with a concentration in Organizational Development from Bridgewater State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stonehill College.
