Chad Theule

Chad Theule is an accomplished executive with a solid background in customer success and relationship management. Currently serving as Vice President of Executive Relationships (Global) at UKG since August 2020, Chad has also held various leadership roles at Ultimate Software since April 2011, including Vice President of Global Customer Success and Senior Director of Executive Relationship Management. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Support Services at Taleo and Director of Talent Acquisition Technology at Lucent Technologies. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
